The effect of assistance changes on the retirement of National Goverment Offical no. 657: "ILKSAN sample"

It is known that there are close to 30 million employees in Turkey. This working group takes part in working life within the scope of a system that determines many factors in terms of sector, title, seniority and level. Work occupies a significant part of human life in terms of life time. As a counterpart to this labour, people dream of having a retirement life in the expectation of having the same profits and rights. The aim of this investigation is to be able to answer the question of how the benefits earned during work life, as well as personal rights, can continue in the same way during the retirement period. In this context, the financial formations in which the minimum number of employees and public sector employees who constitute the majority in the country are included in the system during the transition to the retirement periods are examined within the scope of the social security systems to which they are subjected. The legal relationship with the social rights that these employees have is dealt with. In addition, the historical development of existing pension systems in Turkey has been investigated and detailed. With the wage and public sector are subject to the same laws and regulations as the social rights and benefits related to the pension period in the working life. The social rights and benefits of the retirement periods of the employees belonging to the foundation trusts established in the other private and legal institutions and organiza- tions were presented comparatively. In particular, it has been proposed that the contribu- tion of foundation funds to retirement and other social assistance needs to be included in a common foundation fund system for compliance with the above-referred employees of other sectors.
