Abstract (EN)
Sharia Court Registers have an important place in history studies, especially in social and local history studies. Sharia Court Registers are also first hand source. As in the Ottoman State, the court records were wrote down by the Kadi in the Crimean Khanate. For this reason, Sharia Court Registers are also known as Kadi Records.These sources provide information about the social, cultural, economic life and administrative structure of the society to which it belongs. The administrative, social and economic structure of Crimea was evaluated by conducting the transcript of the Crimean Kadilesker Book number with 67 A 90, A.H. 1075- 1076 (C.E. 1665) that we examined. District, town, village, neighborhood and geographical place names in the Crimean geography within the administrative structure are determined. Within the social structure, issues such as family life, ethnic and religious elements, slavery, titles and nicknames are included in the Crimean society. Within the economic structure, agriculture, animal husbandry, trade, currencies used, measurement-weighing units, occupational groups, and used items are among the topics given in the study. The study covers the year of A.H, 1075- 1076 / C.E, 1665 in Crimean Khanate . The main aims are the understanding administrative, social, cultural and economic life of the Crimean Peninsula and shedding light on the history and culture of Crimea in the second half of the 17th century.
