Court Records, which are among the most important archive sources that illuminate the Ottoman history, are the books in which all the proceedings submitted to the Ottoman courts are recorded. These books provide a lot of valuable information to the researchers who work on Ottoman city history, especially in the fields of law, administration, social, economic and other similar fields. Transcripts of pages 429 to 603 of Gaziantep Court Record No. 67 covering the period between H. 1128-1129 / M. 1716-1717 were transcribed. A total of 310 documents found were summarized and evaluated. In this book, in addition to various kinds of documents such as hujjat, writ and other kinds of documents such as enactment, certificate, exequatur, various subjects in many fields have also been covered. Due to the rich information content of the Court Record worked on within the scope of the research, the period to be examined was tried to be enlightened. This study has been presented fort he benefit of the history of Ayıntab, the Ottoman city. Key words: Ayıntab, Court Record, Spiritual Court, Cadi, 18th Century, Ottoman Law.
