Abstract (EN)
In the first chapter of my thesis, I gaveeducation about justice constitutions and Şer'iyye registers in the Ottoman Empire. In this chapter I investigated Cadi Society, court and the employers of court and Şer'iyye registers contents in the Ottoman Empire. In the second chapter of my thesis I made the arranging of the documents which are existingin the numbered 72 of Amasya Şer'iyye register. In the end. I finished my thesis with putting bibliography.
