Down syndrome, which forms the basis of the study, is known as chromosomal anomaly. It is aimed to determine the differences in the physical dimensions of individuals with Down syndrome due to their genetic characteristics and to prepare appropriate size tables for these individuals. The study was carried out in accordance with the anthropometric measurement rules on 106 individuals with down syndrome, 8-20 years old 65 girls and 41 boys, who were educated in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education and special education centers in Gaziantep. This study was carried out in accordance with the permission and approval of Gaziantep Governorship Provincial Directorate of National Education, numbered E-34659092-605.01-20927027.The descriptive statistics of these measures were calculated and evaluated. According to the results of the data analysis, similarities between the sizes were determined and 4 different size tables were created. The size charts created were transferred to the CLO 3D Fashion Design program and body controls were made and basic (base) patterns were tried to be prepared in this program. In this direction, basic dress pattern for 8-12 year old girl, 12-20 age group female basic dress pattern 8-10 year old boy shorts and t-shirt pattern 15-20 years old men's basic shirt and trousers patterns were prepared. It is one of our main goals to present the size charts prepared to increase the quality of life of individuals with Down syndrome to ready-made clothing. Since the society has not yet reached a competent level of awareness about individual differences, the most important feature of the work is the desire to raise awareness.
