Özet (EN)

Aluminum can play important roles in the living body as a cross-linker. Beta amyloid oligomerization is one of them. In this project, two quinoline-based Al(III) chelators were used. synthesis and their respective characterization and in-vivo studies will be carried out. Our aim is to examine the connection between aluminum and Alzheimer's disease and the relationship between aluminum and amyloid. To examine the cascade interaction. The most common cause of Alzheimer's disease is the accumulation of toxic amyloid and Tau proteins. It is a disease that progresses with neurodegenerative damage and loss of cognitive abilities as a result of accumulation in the brain. is described as a situation. Amyloid and tau proteins accumulate in the brain, slowly It causes cell death and the connections between nerve cells in the brain begin to break. The rapid death of brain cells causes the brain to shrink, resulting in volumetric causes it to shrink.
