II SUMMARY Masters Thesis Eğin Sharia Records No 8 Serhat SARA Fırat Universty The Institue of Social Sciences Section of History 2004, Page: 322 This document is about 8 Number Eğin Sharia Records and it contains the documents between 1264-1273 Hegira and 1847-1857 Christian era. In that age Eğin when connected to Harput State. In this study we gave some information about Kadi and Şer'iyye Sicils and we summaried the documents and than gave the transcriptions. And at last we made a short evaluation of the subjects.^ Key Words: Harput, Eğin, Şer'iyye Sicilleri
