Abstract (EN)

One of the most important documents that shed light on the past and present are shari'a court records. City of administrative, social and economic structure of these sources are capable of delivering up to today, regularly kept records are made according to specific systems. The content of our work has appeared in the examination of the sharia court records were registered with the given system. In this study, the administrative status of Antalya between 1897-1902 the socio-economic structure, cultural tissue was examined under specific headings. World history longevity of the Ottoman Empire, one of the state, ethnic, religious and cultural diversity rich, but one that at the beginning of a period that sustains factor of more than six centuries in a region which is problematic, the legal structure owned by the state and it is run the way that I can say. The Ottoman Empire until the Tanzimat the establishment of a specific line with resumed the Ottoman state organization, has entered into long-standing and multi-faceted process of transformation from the Tanzimat period, political, occurred changes in the economic and social life, these changes have led to numerous changes naturally in the judicial field. According to Shari'a Court Record of Antalya numbered 84 been reviewed our work in this direction. In the light of the information obtained in this context primarily to the changes in the post-Tanzimat period and Antalya (Heads to starboard) it focused on effects. The basic source of our work according to Shari'a Court Records of Antalya numbered 84 between the dates 1897-1902 are understood to live together Muslims and non-Muslims. Muslims in general Muslim population is engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry while dealing with trade and crafts. Muslim population is located in the administrative and all levels of social life.
