Özet (EN)

In course of time, Caliphate of Cordoba took place at an important point to lead world politics and had reached to an important level in not only in islamic history but also in world history. Historians and researchers give importance to development of Andalus Civilisation. Khalifa 3. Abdurrahman Nasır who escaped from Andalus massacre and arrived to Spanish land, generated a new community and a country that is in easy circumstances. His attempt had lead the other ethnic groups to diverge from ethnonationalism. When the internal conflict and disturbance in society has been ended and tranguilty provided in Andalus, especially in era of 2. Arbiter Mustansır and Khalifa Mansur, tha states power in foreign policy has been established. Caliphate of Cordoba has fighted a lot of times against kingdoms in North but its major fight was against shiah Fatimid Empire in east. The purpose of Andalus was to dominate over Maghreb who has rich soil and also to prevent Fatimid'spropagandas over clans. Especially towards end of 9. Century, dominating over Maghreb and Andalus was occuring with policy over clans. Fatimids adopted religious faith of "İsmaili" shiah and with their expansionist politics, they wanted the societies in the regions they captured, to change peoples their communions. This situation has lead to a conflict between Fatimids and Andalus about their politics over not only their expansionist politics, but also communions and religious beliefs.
