Özet (EN)
This thesis deals with the investigation of the interpretation of the Qur'an by Imam Muhammad ibn Muhammad al-Barda'i (d. 927 AH), who is one of the scholars of the tenth century AH. The importance of the manuscript stems from the opinions and inferences it contained that reflected the diversity of Al-Baradai's culture and his prominent scientific personality. Its importance also comes from the large number of sources and resources that the author relied on, such as Al-Baydawi, Al-Zamakhshari, Al-Tha'alabi, Abi Al-Laith Al-Samarqandi, and others, as he was quoted from many sources. His book brought together the three schools of interpretation: by tradition, by opinion, and Sufi interpretation. The study used on two copies of the manuscript located in Turkey: the first is in the Asaad Effendi Library, and the second is in the Izmir Library. The study followed the historical descriptive approach when translating the author and his scientific biography, and the method of investigation and commentary in the investigeted text. The most important conclusions of this study were as fllows: The author relied on important interpretation books such as: Al-Kashf wa Al-Bayan by Al-Tha`labi, Al-Kashshaf by Al-Zamakhshari, Maani Al- Qur'an Wa İrabih by Al-Zajjaj, Maani Al- Qur'an by Al-Farra', and Bahr Al-Ulum by Abi Al-Laith Al-Samarqandi. And he did not present the sayings and opinions only, but he was more likely sometimes, and this revealed his Maturidi doctrine in the creed, and the author most in his interpretation of deduction from the sayings of the Companions, followers and famous scholars, and supported his interpretation with the hadiths of the Prophet, It is blamed on al-Baradai for his frequent mention of hadiths without verifying their authenticity, as well as for his frequent mention of Israeli narratives without scrutiny and scrutiny of the weak narratives of them. The commentator neglected the linguistic aspect in the interpretation, and did not deal with the lexical meanings, or the morphological and grammatical notes. Al-Barda'i was distinguished by his details of the faces of the readings and his tendency towards giving weight to the frequent readings of the Companions, which are supported by evidence from the Arabic language, over the unfamiliar readings. He was keen to refer to the preaching meanings in his interpretation. The author's ingenuity and mastery of the Persian language appeared in many places of his interpretation, and this indicates the diversity of his culture and the abundance of his knowledge.
