Friction welding is one of the solid states bonding methods and based on heat from friction during contact-rotation of counter parts to be joined. The heat produced is used to join the materials. Recently the method has used to weld different material couples. In this study, different AA 6061 and AA7075 materials joined with friction welding parameters were obtained and friction welded joining. Microstructural analyses microhardness and tensile strength test of these connections were made. In the study an introduction is given in chapter 1st Al and its alloys is disclosed in the chapter 2nd. In the 3rd chapter, of Al and its alloys are mentioned. In the 4th chapter, friction welding is explained. 5th chapter gives the literature.In the 6th and 7th chapters, experimental studies and results and discussions are given respectively.
