Abstract (EN)

According to ambient conditions for highways in Turkey and it is important to choose the most appropriate option. In particular medium-and long-term maintenance and repair of the road and also taking into account operating costs, the most economical and efficient for our country which is required in the selection. Concrete roads, both in terms of material performance and reliability as well as construction methods, with medium and high traffic volume, speed, especially making the most efficient engineering service roads will provided a suitable environment to a standard type of superstructure. In this study, rigid pavements, roads with the technical and economic advantages of the way applications are examined and used in the AASHTO method of projecting the superstructure parameters investigated its effects on the thickness of rigid pavement concrete pavement.Rigid pavement thickness of concrete covering the most influential parameter of the concrete modulus of elasticity (Ec), the parameter affecting the thickness of the second degree of superstructure concrete pavement, traffic prediction and performance prediction combined standard error (S0), the third parameter affecting the degree of superstructure concrete pavement thickness, the equivalent single-axle load number of replications (W8, 2) and fourth-degree parameter affecting the thickness of pavement concrete pavement, the standard normal deviation (ZR) is. Bed coefficient (k) is the parameter affecting the pavement for at least the thickness of concrete pavement. As a result, the parameter that should be most noticeable in designing rigid pavements, modulus of elasticity Ec of concrete is emerging. Therefore, it can cause economic losses should be treated very precise determination of this parameter.
