Contribution of eu framework programs to the regional economy COSME-Enterprise Europe Network, the case of WB-BIN consortium

In today's world, entrepreneurs who renew themselves day by day, adopt the principle of internationalization and aim to expand their interland will always be one step ahead In this context, the Enterprise Europe Network stands out as a simple yet powerful platform that allows small businesses to make a big impact. When we consider the current currency fluctuations, the orientation of international trade and SMEs undoubtedly has a very important place about their development. In the first part of the study, information about the details of the research such as the purpose and importance of the research is included. In the second part, the method of emergence of Enterprise Europe Network and its method and advantages are mentioned. In this section, the impact of the European Enterprise Network on the development of SMEs is discussed and the effects of WB-BIN on the western black sea consortium are explained. The main purpose of this study is to reveal how the European Enterprise Network carried out within the scope of COSME, affects the development of SMEs and the advantages of this scope. The data were collected using the interwiev method, which is one of the qualitative research methods. In the light of these data collection, it has been revealed that the Enterprise Europe Network has a positive effect on SMEs, supporting their development and influencing in all aspects. It is determined that the SMEs, which are very difficult to import and export with Europe without having a connection under normal conditions, developed their interland with this system and stepped forward in keeping up with today's variable economy by leveling up relations with the EU.
