Abstract (EN)

Humanity, which entered a new era with the expansion of the areas of using of energy, paved the way for wars and conflicts by wanting to have energy resources. Faced with the fact that these wars and conflicts have more losses, new and rational solutions have been sought. A consensus on energy transportation, especially in energy basins, is tried to be reached. Europe, which is the center of the energy wars, created the first resource on this subject. This process has evolved until today and the community of cooperating countries has become the European Union (EU). Nowadays, developed countries cooperate with neighboring countries and overseas countries for energy supply. Cooperation with Azerbaijan, which owns some of the energy resources in the Caspian Basin, in order to close this energy deficit of EU countries. The location of Turkey in achieving energy sources are of great importance. In this study, the importance of Azerbaijan-Turkey for EU energy policy of oil and gas pipelines will be examined.
