Abdulhâdî el-Araşkî and Tefsîru Sûreti Lokmân named work

Abdulhâdî KAYA el-Araşkî lived in Diyarbakır and in its surrounding neighborhoods. He is one of important scholars and left behind him valuable works. Araşkî has works related to basic İslamic sciences. We were convinced to not only his life and scientific personality but also to analyze his Tefsîrû Sûreti Lokmân that he wrote in the field tafsir. Our work consist of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, we gave information about the topic of research, its importance, its resources and method. In the first chapter, we gave information about the era Araşkî lived, his life, his scientific personality and works. In the second chapter we analyzed the topic of our thesis which is titled Tefsîrû Sûreti Lokmân. In the conclusion, we talked about the consequence of our work. Concerning the first chapter of thesis, first we gathered the data which we obtained as a result of resources scanning. Afterwards, we attained Araşkî's handwriting works, classified them all according to their order and have written them. In the second chapter, we analyzed general characteristic the work named Tefsîrû Sûreti Lokmân, the author's method and the tefsir's other ot his related to Qur'anic sciences. Later, we tried to explain the content provided to abide by the topic title that the writer utilized. el-Araşkî lived in the region of Diyarbakır in our century and wrote various religiov works. He interpreted the chapter of Lokmân in his work called "Tefsîrû Sûreti Lokmân". In his tafsir, Araşkî used both the method of narration and assertion and gerally utilized the topics such as language, eloquence, creed and education. Besides, he mentioned the topics which are considered to be among Qur'anic sciences such as Broken Letters, Reason of Revelation and Miraculousness the Qur'an.
