Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACTAbd al-Karim b. Ali al-Iraki lived hegira between 603 and 704. He was animportant scholar and exegete in his century. He had gone to around differentcities of the Islam, he had learned variant knowledge from different scholars, butespecially he was famous and perfect person about Qur?an commentary. Hewrote five books about he Islamic sciences. Two of them interested to Qur?ancommentary. That ?Tafsir al-Qur?an al-Azim? theme of our thesis is a summarycommentary of Qur'an.Iraki was influenced from al-Zamaksharû when he wrote book, we can see tothis influence at nearly all papers of the ?Tafsir al-Qur?an al-Azim?. But writerdon?t blindly follower to al-Zamaksharû or another scholars. Because Iraki, oftenstated opinion at many idea and he expresses to acceptable or unacceptable atideas of presented.?Tafsir al-Qur?an al-Azim? is a rationalist commentary of Qur'an. Than angleof report it is attract attention too although it is include to matters of thejurisprudence of Islam, theology, Ilm al-Fırak, language and rhetoric and similarknowledge.Iraki is at direction of the Ehl al-Sunna as belief. He adduced the proofsopposed to mu?tazilites in commentary some verse of Qur'an.Iraki was dependent to sect of Shafii in Islamic law, but he was giving placeto opinion of many sects when presents themes of jurisprudence of Islam. Mostimportantly of among these is Hanefi.Iraki, keeps away from bigotry and he broaches views. The work Iraki haswrote, is include many value as science of Islam although its capacity is small.
