Religion and religiousness in the works of Abdurrahim Karakoç

This study is about the religious life of the poet-writer Abdurrahim Karakoç, one of the important representatives of the recent Turkish folk literatüre, and the manifestation of his religious understanding in his works. It is aimed to analyze his religious life in terms of the psychology of religion, based on the poet's own works and biographies written about him. After giving information about religion and religiosity in a conceptual framework, the religious understanding of the poet was researched. His religious visions reflected in his works were analyzed according to the psychology of religion.
