Özet (EN)

Climate change impairs health and productivity in farm animals. The study was conducted under semi intensive dairy goat research unit of Çukurova University, Agriculturalk Faculty in Adana (36 59', 35 18' E). During the experiment some physiological parameters (BT, ST, PR, RR, HT), behavioral aspects (water intake, feed intake) aspects, body weight, milk production, milk composition, concentration of HSP60 and HSP70 and correlation between HSP60 and HSP70 with water intake and milk production were investigated on 60 heads of Alpine, Saanen and Boer does (20 heads for each) in research farm. In terms of physiological data among breeds, it has been detected that Saanen breed was less influenced for seasons than Alpine and Boer breeds, as respect to the feed intake, Saanen breed also consumpted more feed in the summer while compared to Alpine and Boer breeds and this point influenced to milk production; Saanen breed had higher milk production whereas milk production was 1.6 l. for Saanen breed, 0.9 l. for Alpine breed, 0.7l. For Boer breed within T groups and 1.5 l. for Saanen breed, 0.9 l. for Alpine breed and 0.5 l. for Boer breed within G groups during the summer. As a conclusion concentration level of both HSP60 and HSP70 had significant effect on milk production and adaptation criteria of different breeds (p<0.001).
