Abstract (EN)
Abdurrahman Taghi is a Sufi who lived in Bitlis' Norshin district and he is bound up with Khalidi branch of Naqshbandi tariqa. He was distinct by being very attached to his sheikh and he was a scholar who is very attached to sharia laws. After he was the caliph, the dervish convent and madrasah he established in Norshin became one of the most important centers of knowledge. He also spread Khalidi branch in Eastern Anatolia, Southeastern Anatolia, and Syria through his students and dervishes. One of Taghi's most important feature is being very attached to the Sunnah, and this reflected on his guidance and talks. He always adviced his students to leave bid'ah and warrants and stick to the Sunnah, so he built a strong balance between tariqa and sharia. He uttered that each bid'ah is annihilating a sunnah and so he demonstrated that he is on the same line with Imam Rabbani. Taghi, attached importance to the religious conversation (sohba) and bonding with heart (rabita) and emphasized that religious conversation is a profitable trade and it increases sincerity (ihklas) and muhabba, also it is preventing love of the world. Mawlana notifies that in Sufism one cannot start off without a murshid and even if he does he is going to get lost because of traps of devil and nafs. And Abdurrahman Taghi defines murshid-i kamil as, the one who leaves his will and self and gives his will to the sovereignty of Allah and never does or says anything except for Allah's will and assent. He informs that the biggest miracle is to be on the right path and he says people shouldn't lend credence to those who don't show any sign of interest to sharia but demonstrating extraordinary actions. He says that people shouldn't accredit those who don't show interest in sharia even if they demonstrate many miracles and utters that people need to be awake towards fake sheiks. Abdurrahman Taghi noted that tariqa is with ikhlas, muhabba and being attached to the sharia and its aim is to know details and hidden causes of sharia laws and emphasized that borders of tariqa are drawn by sharia laws. Tahgi also emphasized that another aim of tariqa is to show tricks and evil of nafs and so cause people to be more awake and hindering them from being heedless. Also, Taghi referred to the topic of murid-murshid and explained their attributes and duties and also he explained the difference between concepts like wali and darwish.
