Evaluation of Abdussamed es-Siirdi's work titled 'el-Ferâidü's-samediyye fi beyani'l-menasihi ve'n-nevasihi'l-Kur'aniyye' in the context of the theory of nesh

The Holy Quran is the last divine book that was revealed as a guide to all people. The main purpose of the Quran is to build the material and spiritual world of the mankind in accordance with the divine will and to apply its principles in all areas of life for this purpose. This divine book must be understood thoroughly in order to be applied to life. Various activities have been carried out since the early period with the aim of understanding the Quran, and a tremendous acquis has been achieved. The subject of "Nesh", which is one of the topics of Quranic sciences that contribute to the correct understanding of the Quran, is one of the most discussed topics in the field of tafsir. While there have been independent studies on the subject of Nesh, a special title has been opened on the subject of Nesh in most of the works written on tafsir, fiqh, hadith and kalam, which are directly related to Nesh. In recognition of the importance of the subject, works continue to be written on this subject until today. One of the works in question, Molla Abdussamed's manuscript "el-Ferâidüs's-samediyye fî beyâni'l-menâsihi ve'n-nevâsihi'l-Kur'âniyye", has a content that blends the old and the new on the issue of Nesh.
