The representation authority of agency

Consumption that is growing in parallel with product and service diversity leads traders with natural or legal personality to increase the supply of goods or services and reach out larger masses. In order to do this, it is imperative to have extensive and detailed information on market conditions, state of demands and tendencies of the trade environment. Such a comprehensive work inevitably requires ragional represantation that will be competent to supply goods and services in the concern district. Appointment of an agent is one of the most appropriate and feasible options fort the trader who seeks the best alternative to market his goods or services at the area. Parties have rights and obligations under an agency relationship. Furthermore, agents who serve as aides to the trader have the authority to represent their clients. As a consequence, the agents are required to act in their relations with the third parties in accordance with their authority to represent. The present study seeks to define the ?agency? and ?agent?, identify the rights and obligations of the parties with in the framework of the agency relationship, determine the limits and boundaries of the scope of the representative authority of the agents and examine the repercussions of the violations of those limits and boundaries. The study further makes a sound comparison between the legislation in effect and the provisions of the draft law still under consideration on the same subject.
