Abstract (EN)

Throughout history, humanity has acted with the instinct to sustain its existence and maintain a state of health. This approach has varied and evolved over historical periods. Although the desire for health was defined by the World Health Organization in the 20th century, it can be seen that the concept of health is perceived differently in each country and region. Different perspectives on health have led each country to progress with its own goals and objectives in the fields of first aid and emergency response. The demand for equal healthcare for every individual has given rise to the concept of sustainable development as a result of growing economies and increasing populations. Sustainable development is explained as the use and planning of limited resources in a way that will be sufficient for both present and future generations. In this study, the planning required to meet the demand for equal and quality health delivery with limited resources for both present and future generations is analyzed based on the sustainable development goals set in 2015, which include 17 goals and 169 sub-goals. The emergency health service stations are analyzed within this framework. To make concrete inferences and analyses, Lüleburgaz Emergency Health Service Station No. 5 has been selected as the pilot station.
