Offices; They are the spaces that are worked in line with the establishment purposes they have in their buildings and shaped by the work of the employees in this environment. The planning of the offices, the designs of the reinforcement elements must be flexible enough to meet the needs of the user, depending on the methods required by the work. Different user needs with the necessity of change brought about by developing and changing technologies; It is supported by new approaches and these flexible and changeable designs. Open offices enable efficient and functional spaces in terms of design and space organization with the flexibility, continuity, convenience they provide to their users. Especially in office spaces where there is a lot of mobility, factors such as user requirements, equipment elements and possible requirements and changes that may occur over time make flexibility and changeability the main criteria of design in open office interior design. The concepts of flexibility and changeability have a direct impact not only on working spaces but also on in-office social and physical activities and productivity in time and workforce. Within the scope of this study; Qualitative and quantitative researches have been made, the importance of flexibility and variability in the office environment through selected domestic and international examples and these interior design approaches have been examined through existing examples and analyzed in terms of similarities and differences in a table; The study was created by bringing them together in appropriate ways.
