The use of video in learning environments in open and distance higher education: evaluations on practices in Turkey

The purpose of this study is to reveal how to use video in open and distance higher education programs in Turkey based on expert opinions. In addition, in Turkey, as an open and distance learning environment in higher education, the use of video for educational purposes and the current trends of the different usage features have been examined through literature review. In this study, data were obtained with qualitative data collection techniques as the method; no external intervention was performed on the obtained data; Only the existing situation has been researched.
