Abstract (EN)

Airports which have an important position in the aviation industry are required to have qualified human resources in order to increase the efficiency of their activities before and after the flight. Depending on the changes taking place together with restructuring of the human resource structure in airports, belief that they work in a fair organization and recieve support about everthing from their supervisor of the employees is considered to affect positively their trust and commitment level to the organization. The purpose of this study to determine whether there is a significant relationship between organizational justice, supervisor support, organizational trust and organizational commitment levels according to the perceptions of aviation ground handling services employees which serving the scope of pre- and post-flight activities at airports. The sample of the study consisted of 447 airport workers in The Southeastern Anatolia Region. The data obtained in the study were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 statistical software packages by using various statistical methods and testing techniques (frequency distribution, mean, t-test, anova, regression and correlation) for the purpose of research. The result of the study reveals that there is a strong relation between organizational justice, supervisor support, organizational trust and organizational commitment. It has also been found out that the latents were differs by some demographic variables of employees.
