Research of Occupational Accidents, Quality of Life, Job Satisfaction and Work Stress Relations Among Employees in a Construction Work in Adana Introduction and purpose: Negative conditions originating from the working environment cause occupational accidents, job stress and job dissatisfaction and at the same time affect the quality of life. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting job satisfaction, job satisfaction, job stress and quality of life in a construction company in Adana. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was applied to 326 people between June and December 2017. The data were collected using a questionnaire of 57 questions, Minneseto Job Satisfaction, Swedish Work Load-Control, Quality of Life scales. One-way ANOVA test, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskall-Wallis test and Pearson's correlation analysis were used for data analysis. A value of p <0.05 was considered significant. Results: The mean age of the study group was 32.5±9.9. 5.2% of the participants in this workplace, 16.9% of them had a work accident during their working lives. Accidents most often falls from heights, beginning and end of the week, summer and winter seasons and became the first two hours. As the income of the employees increases, the job satisfaction increases. Job satisfaction was low in employees who thought that their work was monotonous. Job stress was higher in primary school education than university graduation, was lower in white-collar employees. Quality of life was significantly higher in women and in those with a university degree. Satisfied with work and working hours, job satisfaction and quality of life are high and job stress is low. Job satisfaction and quality of life are high and job stress is low in those who voluntarily choose the job; job satisfaction and quality of life at work stressful finding was low. There was a meaningful difference between job accident in that workplace and both of smoking and working hours satisfaction. Conclusion: It has been determined that employees' job satisfaction, job stress and quality of life affect working conditions.
