Özet (EN)
In this study, 41 wild and cultural olive genotypes collected from Adana and Osmaniye provinces and also 36 reference olive cultivars obtained from Olive Genetic Collection of Cukurova and Harran University were defined at the molecular level by using SSR marker technique. The study was carried out in a total 77 olive genotypes between 2015 and 2017. Nine SSR markers were used (UDO9, UDO12, UD24, UD26, DCA15, udo4, DCA18, DCA9, DCA11) to determine allele profiles and genetic similarity levels. The total allele number was 101, while the lowest allele number per locus was 3 (UDO9) and the highest allele number was 31 allele/locus (DCA9). The average allele is 11.22 per locus. The mean expected (he) and observed heterozygosity (Ho) ratio were 0.512 and 0,675 respectively. Two main groups emerged in the dendogram generated because of clustering analysis. In the second group covering the majority of genotypes, two subgroups emerged.
