This research is about The Evaluation of Housing Applications of Adana Yüreğir Aksantaş in terms of Landscape Architecture Construction Business Services. The data for this research is retrieved from Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) Project of ``Housing Application of Adana Yüreğir Aksantaş??. The purpose of the studying is to determine position of landscape architects who will be able to take office as a contractor or inspector in existing process as sample of ``Housing Application of Adana Yüreğir Aksantaş?? and produce landscape architecture applications aspect of legal, administrative and technical in this housing areas. In this research it is aimed to determine application problems related to landscape architecture and came out solutions to the problems presented proposals. Additionally this studying will be a framework for the further studies and guide in point of the landscaping applications in parallel housing studies.
