Abstract (EN)
In recent years, the use and the control of special electric machinery have been highlighted due to the rapid development in electric machinery and drive system researches, and the expanding industry. Permanent-magnet synchronous motors are preferred in high level drive applications as they have high moment production. In present thesis, permanent-magnet synchronous motor is presented by its mechanical and electrical structure; information is given about magnet materials used; working and control principles are emphasized. Control methods are discussed and mathematical expressions are included. In present thesis, Vector Control Method was used for permanent-magnet synchronous motor. This method was developed to simplify the control algorithm of AA motors. With this method, AA motor control structure was compared to DA motor control algorithm which has independent currents and free excitation. Stator voltage field-oriented control method, which is a control method that does not use permanent magnet synchronous motor detector [5] and a flux estimator protocol, was used. Thus, permanent magnet synchronous motor control was achieved using sinusoidal-space vector pulse width modulations and vector control method, and the results were compared. These comparisons include total harmonic distortion, and the errors in speed and torque. Analyses were performed using essential figures and tables.
