Abstract (EN)

Aim: This research is intended to determine aerobic and resıstance ın obese and normal weıght ındıvıduals the effect of exercıses on health-related physıcal fıtness parameters. Material and Methods: As a semi-experimental study with research, pre-test and post-test group, in a private gym in Istanbul that meets the working conditions, starting exercise and without any health problems, normal weight, 64 male and voluntary participants, overweight, 1st degree obese and 2nd degree obese, were performed 12 weeks, 3 days a week, 80 minutes, aerobic and resistance exercises. Aerobic fitness, muscular strength, muscular balance, flexibility and body composition measurements were recorded as pre and post-test measurements to determine the participants' levels of health-related physical fitness. With the help of SPSS 25 program in resolving the obtained data; As a result of the normality test of the data, in comparing the pret and post tests, Paired Samples T test from parametric tests, in comparing the pre and post tests between groups, Anova and Tukey tests were used. Results: According to data from participants' pre and post test results, normal, overweight, 1st degree obese and 2nd degree obese groups, body weight (kg), bki (kg/boy2), low back and hip circles (cm), fat ratio (% ), Vo2max (mmol), hand grip right hand and left hand strength (Ib), Significant difference was detected in the back and leg strength (Ib) at the level of (p<0.01). No significant differences were observed in the flexibility (cm) values of the groups at the level of (p>0.05 ). Conclusion: In individuals with low and moderate risk metabolic syndrome disorders, regular and correctly planned aerobic and resistance exercises can prevent or prevent high risk metabolic syndrome disorders that may occur due to obesity, and exercise will respond positively to these symptoms and is the most important factor in the treatment of these disorders. We think it can be a treatment method. Keywords: Aerobic, Resistance Exercises, Physical Fitness, Body Composition, Obesity.
