Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to search the effects of aerobic and unaerobic exercises to systems and body fat proportion of male university students. 45 healty male student from Dumlupinar university school of sports and education had attended. They divited into 3 groups; 15 aerobic, 15 unaerobic, 15 experiment gruop. All the students height, weight, fat, proportion, hearth pulse, diastolic and sistolic blood pressure, the 1 2 minute runnig distance, vertical jump degree, vital capasity, hard vital capasity, aerobic and unaerobic power degrees had been measured. Aerobic group had their trainnig 4800 m. Runnig and unaerobic group had their trainnig according to interval method. As a result of the study; İn the aerubic group a meaningful increase of weight, body fat proportion, hearth pulse, diastolic blood pressure, sistolik blood pressure, vertical jump, vital capacity, hard vital capasity and aerobic power degrees had been examina great change in the degrees of vital capacity and hard vital capasity had been noticed. A meaningful change in weight, body fat proportion, hearth pulse, vertical jump, diastolic blood pressure, sistolic blood pressure and unaerobic power degrees had not been noticed. In the control group there is not an important change between before and after parameters lo understand. The results of the experiment arc meaningful or not aritnietre and standart degrees had been applred and those results had been compored P<0,01 level 't' table degrees, and that was understood that the trainnig program was effective upon the degrees that had been measured. İt is resulted that possible aerobic and unaerobic trainning causes meanning developments and body fat proportion degree. Key words; Aerobic, Unaerobic, training, breathing, body fat proportion
