Özet (EN)

As a country that has been at war for nearly 50 years, Afghanistan has not achieved the political and social rights of its society, children and especially women. After the September 11, 2001 event of the year, a new system was put into operation. Many political and economic institutions have become more visible. Afghan women who remained in the shadows or in seclusion during this period also made efforts to participate in these areas. In this theoretical and qualitative study, the data reflected in the media on Afghan women were examined and the sources in the current literature on their condition were evaluated in detail. Changes in the political structure of women during and after the Taliban were emphasized regarding their political participation, their social, economic and position in their constitution. In the same way, investigations were conducted on the place of Afghan women working in trade, industry, handcraft, Agriculture, Export, Import and legal institutions related to this area. Like many countries around the world, women play an important role in the economic, trade, social and political fields of participation, with half of Afghanistan's population made up of women. For this reason, Afghan women should be actively supported outside the home, in state institutions, and in a gradual way by those influential in the state press to work freely on different issues. There are no legal barriers to women's participation in politics and Commerce, and they must also apply in enforcement.
