Abstract (EN)

Municipalities that try to increase the economic, social and cultural welfare of the region they are in must also consider the satisfaction of the people while doing these. The aim of this study is to determine the quality of th e services provided by Kabul Municipality, the capital of Afghanistan, and the satisfaction level of consumers with these services. For this purpose, the opinions of 419 voters living in the city center of Kabul were consulted and a survey form created by the researcher was applied to these voters. The data obtained from the questionnaires were transferred to the SPSS package program, analyzed and interpreted. As a result of the research, the people of Kabul found that the public transportation services provided by the municipality and the creation of shelter areas after natural disasters were sufficient; street, street and signage markings, widening of streets, street and street lighting, pavement services, park-garden and green area services and services to beautify and improve living spaces are not sufficient. Another result of the research is that the inspections of the artisans, markets, prices, peddlers, elevators and cleaning of the Kabul Municipality are not sufficient by the public; It has been determined that they think that practices such as garbage collection, disinfection, cleaning, taking precautions against natural disasters, control of public areas, infrastructure services, solid and liquid waste storage services, drinking water supply and road construction-maintenance services are insufficient. In the research, it was concluded that the people of Kabul were generally not satisfied with the services of the municipality.
