Edition critique and analysis of Dhakhīrah al-Uqbā fī Sharḥ Sadr al-Shari'ah al-'Uẓmā written by Akhizāda Yūsuf Ibn Junayd al-Tokādī

In the thesis, we did the critical edition of the work named " Dhakhı̄rah al-Uqbā fı̄ Sharḥ Ṣadr al-Shari'ah Al-'Uẓmā " written by Akhizāda (d. 905/1500), who lived at the end of the 9th century of hijra and the beginning of the 10th century and he is one of the Hanafi jurists of the period of Mehmed the Conqueror and Bayezid II, evaluated it. This thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction part, we explained the subject, importance, aim and method of the research. In the first chapter, we briefly gave information about the lives and scientific personalities of the authors. In the second chapter, which forms the basis of our work, we introduced and analyzed the work called Dhakhı̄rah al-Uqbā. In the third part of our study, the author's copy of the work is taken as a basis and compared with other copies and edition critique was made according to ISAM verification rules.
