Abstract (EN)

The Qur'an, which is the first source of Islamic fiqh sects, is a collection of sound recitations. For this reason, fiqh sects have been in need of reading. Among those whose recitations are needed in fiqh istinbat are Tabari (d. 310/923), who was the owner of Jamiu'l-Beyân and a great commentator and jurist, and Cessâs (d. 370/981), who was a great commentator and jurist who had Ahkam al-Qur'an. This study, titled "Fiqh-Qiraat Relationship in the Context of the Verses of Judgment: The Example of Taberî and Cessâs," aims to determine the perspectives of Taberî and Cessâs on the recitations and the methods of jurisprudence in the verses. This study consists of an introduction and three parts. In the first part of the study, brief information about the lives of Taberî and Cessâs is given. In the second part of the study, the understanding of recitation is revealed through the recitations narrated by Taberî and Cessâs in their commentaries. In this context, it has been revealed who narrated the recitations to Taberî and Cessâs, as well as the classification of the recitations and the methods of preference for the recitations. In the third section, the effect of recitation comprehension on fiqh istinbats in judgment verses was attempted to be determined comparatively. The fiqh-recitation relationship of Taberî and Cessâs has been explained in comparison with the sixty-odd examples determined.
