The evaluation of the ahkâm verses according to the law framework within the framework of Esbâb-ı Nüzûl

This study consists of the determination of the verses of the Qur'an and their evaluation within the branches of law. It has been examined especially considering the titles within the branches of public and private law. In today's consumption era, we know that information is consumed very quickly, as is everything else. For this reason, more brief and fast information comes to the fore instead of extensive and detailed information. However, our main purpose in this study is to examine the verses that declare judgment rather than the reasons for their revelation. At this stage, the verses of public and private law were arranged in accordance with the subject headings. The works of Ahkam'ul Qur'an were used as a source. Classical fiqh books were used to determine the legal issues. The verses and the reason for their revelations, which were found against the building, have been systematized with headings. Our work consists of two main parts. In the first part, public law is examined. In this section, verses in the constitution, financial and criminal law have been determined and transferred. In the second part, under the title of private law, verses in family, inheritance, property and debts law are determined.
