This thesis is about Fath Al-Malik Al-Bari in the last explanation of Al- Manhaj book by Sheikh Al-Islam Zakariya Al-Ansari (D. 926 AH) which written by the scholar Ahmed Bin Omar Al-Dairy Al-Ghunaimi Al-Shafi'i (d. 1151 AH) in the judgements of manumission. The importance of the manuscript comes from being a book that explains a part of "Manhaj al-Talaba" by Sheikh al-Islam Zakariya al- Ansari (d. 926 AH), which is considered as one of the most valuable brief books of Shafi'i references, the author explains in it the problem of manumission and its limites, conditions, and judgements according to the Shafi'i school of jurisprudence and related issues, such as wills, expenses, mortgage, inheritance, and others. He discussed the opinions of top Shafi'i scholars clarifying, objecting, weighting, and explaining the issue from its different aspects, inferring and citing correct mental and narrative evidences. The study followed the historical descriptive approach when presenting the biographical and scholarly biographies of Al-Dairy, and the scientific method used in the investigation and commentary on the book: such as writing the text, justify the text with diacritics, comparing the copies, attributing the sayings, and extracting the issues and documenting them. The most important conclusions of the study were as follows: The book is rich in valuable explanations, smart inferences, logical citations, and detailed judgements in the Shafi'i school of jurisprudence. The author's concern for discussing objections. The author proficiently discussed the objections. The linguistic, grammatical, and morphological comments included in his explanation reflect his broad culture, abundant knowledge, which gave his explanation great scientific value. İn the most of his book he was rephrasing the sayings of the jurists, for this reason, more research and examination was necessary to understand what the author meant.
