The Ahmet Yamacı determination of artist personality and TRT repertory

Traditional Turkish Folk Music has been a heritage for future generations with long developmental process, and still it is.Only, the commitment to make this heritage perminant and to pass it on to next generations is very important.It's been believed that there are only limited number of poeple contributing this cultural heritage.Although there are many contributing people , they are forgotten or unknown because the studies were not saved.Beside of this, by review and saving studies a Turkish folk music reperoire has been occured.During this occurance of repertoire, many people who dedicated themselves to Turkish folk music were there.In our thesis, it is thought that Ahmet Yamacı is one of these people which we investigate his contributions to Turkish folk music. In this study we focused on Ahmet Yamacı's artistic personality and the analysis and determination of the pieces which he contributed to TRT TFM ( THM) repertoire.This study is a scientific study and aims to determine the situation.During the research process reviews that belong to Ahmet Yamacı have been anaylsed by different aspects and the numerical data is expressed as graphics/+nd tables in order to make it easier to express.We tried to make inference accordingly the tables has been made. The information which are; Ahmet Yamacı's life , his being as an important example by his reviewing personality, his important tasks and responsibilities at TRT institution, in his pieces that he reviewed, the decision sound is mostly LA decision curtain while he has used Sİ and DO decision curtains, he has made many reviews in many cities and regions of Anatolia region, and the mode of series are the common modes that's been used in Turkish Folk music, are the part of the information obtained from the study.
