The effect of family friendly practices work-personal life balance

The main purpose of the study, family-friendly practices to determine the impact on work-life balance. Research has been primarily the study of literature, the survey was conducted later. The survey field work was chosen as the operation of a hotel in the town of Manavgat, Antalya province. The questionnaire used consists of 3 parts: Demographic characteristics of participants, family-friendly business practices and employees? work-life balance. This family-friendly practices and work-life balance the sections contained in sections of 5 questions prepared in Likert Scale. In this study the method of survey data collected with the help of the SPSS 16.0 statistical package program was analyzed and interpreted. The validity and reliability of the scale used in this study primarily to investigate the reliability analysis and factor analysis, then the frequency distribution of participants' demographic characteristics, demographic characteristics of the two independent sample tests, one-way analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis are given.Analysis showed that family-friendly workplace practices and employees' work-life balance in a relationship between the low positive way. Model of the relationship between two variables were examined with regression analysis. According to the results of regression analysis of family-friendly practices of businesses with the relationship between employees' work-life balance can be explained by the model Y = 2.270 +0.163 X The argument of the Family Friendly Practices, the dependent variable, % 18.3 Work-Personal Life Balance plains.
