Health services provided under family medicine: Evaluation of workers and satisfaction of service eas( Kocaeli city sample )

The health reform initiatives that started in Turkey in the 1990s turned into radical changes in the field of health with the name "Health Transformation Program" in 2003. One of the most important of these changes is the transition from the health care system to the practice of family medicine in primary health care. Family medicine is an application that can be regarded as foreign for Turkey. In this study, which was done to evaluate the practice of family medicine, historian method, source scanning and survey method were used. As in developing countries, primary health care services constitute the building block of general health services in Turkey. With a well-established order at the first stage, sick individuals will be able to adapt more easily to the disease that can be prevented without further illness. In order to meet this service which is so important, an objective examination of the system of family medicine which has started to be implemented in Turkey will make the system work.
