Abstract (EN)
Nowadays health system is under important transformations. Health center system, which creates unsatisfied patients, cannot meet today's requirements. In order to solve problems of primary medical service, Family Medicine Centers is established as a new model to eliminate future problems. Edirne province had changes from Health Center to Family Medicine System in 01st of December 2006 as fourth pilot province. With this research, satisfaction of patients, who are clients of Edirne Family Medicine System, is analyzed. Face to face questionnaire method is applied to 152 patients in Family Medicine Centers in Edirne city center. Aim is by measuring satisfaction level of patients, analyzing parameters which affect satisfaction level, providing solutions. Questionnaire data is analyzed by using SPSS 15.0 program package. Descriptive statistics methods is use to analyze mean, standard deviation, frequency, percentage. Fisher's Exact Test is used to compare pairs; KMO and Barlett Test are used to analyze factors. Statistical level of significance (p) is shown with related tests and values which p<0.05 is assumed statistically significant. As a result of this study, patients who receive service from Family Medicine System have high satisfaction level.
