-Within the framework of Domestic Relations Law- Compared and preferred by Hanafi-Shafi sects about Zuhayli's El-Fikh'ül İslamic and Edilletüh

Islamic Law attached importance to family which has an important position on social life and made the arrangements about this work. Many Works were written about Islamic Law by Fukaha. The Islamic Legist Vehbe Zühaylî wrote Fıkh'ül Islamic and Edilletuhu, too. Taken Zühaylî's choices about domestic relations law which has object at issue, reasons of dispute and points of matter between Hanafi and Shafi by one of the recent Islamic Legist Vehbe Zuhaylı's work. Hanafi and Shafi Sects provided different evidence to reign over and make an unusual comment that are ultimate causes of disputing.
