Title of the thesis:the relation between family happiness and the TEOG exam success of secondary school students

Domestic happiness is the domains which envorinments that effect behaviours ,cultures and lifestyles of children ocur. Factors like being nuclear or extended of family, sibling number, family's level of income, parents' jobs etc., are the leading factors in this interaction. The relation between happiness and the success of secondary school students ,has been analyzed in this study. Students' TEOG scores have been taken into consideration as a criterion of school success. 300 secondary school students that study in various schools in İstanbul, are the samples of this study. A survey has been done to collect the data in the study. 'Family rating scale' has been used for this purpose.The criterion consists of 60 questions and has been organized according to likert system. Data of the study have been verified via SPSS 21.0 packet program. As a result of the study, it has been found out that while parents' jobs and family's level of income are effective in children's success of TEOG exam ,sibling number and gender have no significant effect in it
