Occupations concerning health requires working with self devotion, busy schedule and without tolearating any mistakes, The working conditions under stress with busy schedule of medical personnel directly affect his/her work satisfaction. Also the satisfaction that medical staff get from the work they are involved in has an effect on health service quality of the instutions. In this study, a questionnarie was aimed at the medical staff who have been working at community health centres in Seyhan in Adana in order to determine their occupational satisfaction level of family health personnel who work at family health centres and the results of the questionnarie were evaluated on the SPSS programme. In the analysis part, it has been concluded that the occupational satisfaction level of the medical personnel who have been working at family health centres has a significant difference depending on their age and service duration.
