Recruitment process in family companies: A case study in istanbul

Özet (EN)

The main purpose of this study, is to examine the recruitment process in family businesses. Factors affecting the recruitment process in family businesses determined by the technical survey has been attempted. The scope of the research staff considered in the selection criteria, the stages and cautions aimed to obtain information about the issues. The universe of study of the family-owned company constitutes an international transport. The company's three partners, two senior executives and mid-level managers are 1. In addition, the company has 300 employees are available. 2 senior executives surveyed, one mid-level managers and 97 interviews were conducted with the employee. In the study, a questionnaire was used as data collection tool. Thesis has been utilized in the creation of the questionnaire Kızıloğlu (2012) and Özdinçer (2008). Questions and question patterns just been taken, for the purposes of the study were identified and organized. In the study, data analysis was conducted in SPSS 16 program. In the analysis of data from descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t test and ANOVA test was utilized. Research results in the recruitment process of the company evaluatescandi dates based on several factor shave been identified that gived etailed information about the company.
