Abstract (EN)
One of the most commonly used yarn spinning methods in textiles is Convential Ring spinning systems. However, this system has disadvantages compared to other systems such as cost and quantity of production. These disadvantages have led manufacturers to different spinning methods. There are some systems developed as alternatives to the Ring spinning system. These; compact ring yarn, Sirospun ring yarn and Duo spun, open end-rotor, friction spinning and air-jet spinning. In this study, Vortex spinning machines have been preferred because of their low cost and high production speed and low surface hairiness in yarn compared to existing spinning technologies. In addition to the advantages of this system, there are several disadvantages. The biggest disadvantage of the system is strength and touch. The TAGUCHI method is one of the most preferred methods for optimising quality parameters in textiles. This method, unlike other methods, increases the quality of the products with less trials and guides the manufacturer companies in improving the quality. The data obtained with this method were evaluated with the variance analysis method. Since the meaningless factor was detected in the applied TAGUCHI method, the problem level was solved with the MOORA method, which is one of the Multi-Criteria Decision Making Methods, by changing the factor level related to the related factor. In this study, the most suitable machine parameter combination was selected by using the data obtained from SANKO Gaziantep yarn production enterprises. The optimum machine parameter speed for 30/1 thin 100% viscose yarns; Both methods were chosen as 1.2 mm spindle, eco noozle and 450 m / min machine speed.
