Abstract (EN)

Uniting of the conventional melting methods of the two materials having a different compound is difficult and problematic. These problems; high viscosity, low fluidity, uncontrolled solidification, adverse reactions and low weldability. In addition, on condition of uniting with melting welding methods of the metallic materials, constitutional transformation occuring in the uniting area and depending on the process conditions higher stretches occuring in the transitories generated by material and locational geometric factors play important roles in the damage period of welded joints. The aim of this study, AISI 1010 steel material with copper material is combined with friction welding method one of the different method of solid state welding. Copper metal is soft, durable and convenient to pull a metal. Because of economics, suitable mechanical and physical characteristics have wide range of applications carbon steel and copper. These areas; especially copper and iron-based material is used as the electrode pairs in order to avoid unwanted heat pipe cooling system, and we discharge machine screen . Friction welding method with a micro structure made along with the combined tensile test of the welded samples and analyzed the damage process of welded joints. The experimental results of the production parameters evaluated in the literature the effects of the two materials was determined on in joining by friction welding of the pair . In the first section this study, it was made introduction to the subject. In the second section, the place and importance in the literature of the actual study were mentioned. In the third section, general information about low carbon steel were given. In the fourth section, general information about copper were given. In the fifth section, general information about solid-state welding methods were given. In the sixth section, general information about friction welding were given. In the seventh section, general information about destructive and non-destructive inspection method were given. In the eighth section, the information about experimental study were given. In the ninth section, the information about experimental study and evaluation were given. In the tenth section, the information about results, discusses and suggestions.
