Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the communication and communication satisfaction in an academic organization, to present the current situation and to evaluate the relationship between communication satisfaction and organizational identification of academic staff. In this study, firstly, communication and communication satisfaction concepts are discussed. The importance and value of communication for organizations are mentioned. In parallel with this, communication was continued with the concept of satisfaction. The benefits of communication satisfaction for the employees and for the organization are laid out. In the following section, the concept of organizational identification is discussed. The benefits of communication satisfaction for organizational identity and organizational identification is discussed. In the last part of the study, the findings and findings obtained from the surveys of 115 academic staff working in 15 Vocational Schools within the body of Bursa Uludağ University are included. As a result of research, It was determined that academic staff had high level of communication satisfaction and high level of organizational identification. however, it was concluded that communication satisfaction is important for organizational identification.
