Özet (EN)
This dissertation examines the process of transforming an archaeology-based article selected from the field of social sciences into an artificial intelligence–assisted animated video article. The study highlights the increasing importance of audiovisual communication forms in contrast to the limitations of traditional written texts and, in this context, develops an animated video article as an innovative format for science communication. Methodologically, the process encompassed multiple layers of AI integration, ranging from text analysis to narration, from visual production to lip synchronization, and from infographic and map design to editing and color grading. Various text-based, audio-based, and visual-based AI tools were employed in the stages of content creation and transformation, while human creativity and the director's perspective remained at the core of the entire technical process. The findings demonstrate that animated video articles not only enhance the accessibility of academic content but also increase learning effectiveness by presenting knowledge in a more memorable manner. The simultaneous use of visual and auditory stimuli was found to reduce cognitive load and encourage the audience's active engagement with information. Moreover, the multilingual and intercultural accessibility of this format suggests that it has the potential to establish a new standard for academic communication on a global scale. This study reveals that AI-assisted animated video articles offer a hybrid model in academic publishing that combines scientific accuracy with artistic aesthetics. Such an approach has the potential to contribute to disseminating knowledge to broader audiences, strengthening interdisciplinary communication, and fostering scientific literacy. Ultimately, the dissertation presents an innovative vision for the future forms of academic content delivery, demonstrating that production models emerging from the interaction between artificial intelligence and human creativity can open new horizons in the academic world.
