Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to examine the meaningful work for academics from Ghana. With the assumption that it will explain the meaningful work that has become one of the important topics in the field of work psychology, data was collected from a total of 120 academics (78.3% men, 21.7% women) who were employed in the Republic of Ghana. Meaningful Work was measured by Work and Meaning Inventory developed by Steger et al. (2012). In the study, it is obtained that the perception of meaningful work differs according to income and academic position.
